I had a decent stay at It Boutique Hotel & Restaurant. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and away from the busyness of 5th Avenue. However, the cleanliness could have been better, particularly in the bathroom and with the linens provided.

I loved the location of It Boutique Hotel. right in the heart of Playa del Carmen. However, my stay was marred by some significant issues. There was a complete power and water outage for 24 hours, which led to poor communication from management and an unwillingness to help with the situation. While I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff, the lack of resolution during the outage was quite disappointing.
