I had a decent stay at It Boutique Hotel & Restaurant. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and away from the busyness of 5th Avenue. However, the cleanliness could have been better, particularly in the bathroom and with the linens provided.

My stay at It Boutique Hotel was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, being just a block from 5th Street and only two blocks from the beach, which made it easy to explore. I loved the location of It Boutique Hotel. right in the heart of Playa del Carmen. However, my stay was marred by some significant issues. There was a complete power and water outage for 24 hours, which led to poor communication from management and an unwillingness to help with the situation.
